5. Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

Orders will be dispatched only after full payment confirmation (except COD orders).

We are not responsible for:

    • Bank payment failures

6. Shipping & Delivery (Applicable for Meal Plans)

  • Deliveries will begin within 24 hours from confirmed order unless specified otherwise.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by strikes, bandhs, natural calamities, logistics disruptions, or political situations.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon successful delivery.

If meals are delivered but not accepted due to customer unavailability, charges will not be refunded.

Some meals may be delivered chilled to maintain quality. Customers are advised to reheat where necessary before consumption.

7. Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Meal plans may be canceled before the scheduled start date.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • No refunds will be issued once a subscription begins.

  • Plan validity may extend up to twice the duration purchased (e.g., 30-day plan valid for 60 days).

  • Pauses and rescheduling will be accommodated as per operational feasibility.

8. Refund Policy

Once payment is received and order processed, no refunds shall be entertained except in cases of order cancellation by us.

9. Health Disclaimer

Bhoktas Nutrieat provides curated meal plans designed for general wellness and fitness support.

We:

  • Do not provide medical advice.

  • Do not guarantee specific health results.

  • Are not liable for adverse health reactions.

You are advised to consult a qualified physician before subscribing to any diet or meal plan.

10. Account Responsibility

When registering:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bhoktas, we are committed to ensuring timely, hygienic, and efficient delivery of all meal plans and catering orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within designated serviceable areas as displayed on our website or confirmed by our support team. Orders placed outside our serviceable zones may be declined or rescheduled after consultation.

2. Delivery Schedule

For Daily Meal Plans:

  • Deliveries are made once per day unless otherwise specified.

  • Subscription deliveries begin within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless a future start date is selected.

  • Delivery time slots will be pre-communicated and may vary depending on location and operational logistics.

For Corporate Catering:

  • Delivery schedules are finalized in coordination with HR/Admin teams.

  • Fixed time windows are allocated to ensure operational consistency.

  • Bulk orders may require prior-day confirmation.

3. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to maintain strict delivery schedules, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather disruptions

  • Strikes, bandhs, or political unrest

  • Natural calamities

  • Logistic partner disruptions

  • High-volume operational days

Bhoktas Nutrieat shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Packaging & Food Safety

  • All meals are prepared fresh daily under hygienic conditions.

  • Meals are packed in sealed, food-grade, microwave-safe containers.

  • Certain meals may be delivered chilled to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.

  • Customers are advised to refrigerate immediately upon receipt if not consumed.

  • Reheating (where necessary) is recommended before consumption for optimal taste.

Once the order is delivered, responsibility for proper storage lies with the customer.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Non-Acceptance

  • Orders will be considered delivered once handed over to the customer or authorized recipient at the delivery address.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

    • The order may be marked as delivered.

    • No refund or replacement will be issued.

  • In case of repeated delivery failures, we reserve the right to suspend service.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address

  • Failed delivery due to wrong contact number

  • Additional costs incurred due to address changes after dispatch

Any additional delivery attempt charges may be borne by the customer.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the meal/product.

8. Subscription Pauses & Rescheduling

  • Pause requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or pause requests cannot be accommodated.

  • Paused days may be adjusted within plan validity subject to operational feasibility.

9. Reverse Pickup / Returns

As meals are perishable items:

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Reverse pickup is generally not applicable unless there is a verified quality issue.

Any quality-related concern must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

10. Special Event & Bulk Orders

For corporate or event catering:

  • Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon in advance.

  • Any last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

  • Access permissions, security clearances, and unloading arrangements must be managed by the client.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond our control including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Epidemics/pandemics

  • Transport strikes

  • Political unrest

In such cases, delivery may be postponed without liability.
